Pennsylvania is absolutely beautiful. The Independence State is home to the country’s rich history, incredible culture and, yes, beautiful scenery.
The Appalachian Mountains are here, and the state has more than 120 state parks with more than 100 miles of coastline, as well as a large selection of large towns, each with its own character.
Mountaineers will love this state, as will surfers, skydivers and skiers, depending on where you are in the state. But Pennsylvania wouldn’t be the place it is without its people, an incredibly darn friendly bunch…

Aside from its natural allure, this notion is largely due to other key factors for anyone interested in hard data: economic vibrancy (it’s the state’s sixth-largest economy), good health care, school districts that are above other states, affordability, low homelessness and a high quality of life.
